some issues detracted from the stay

musty room short curtain

the location was pretty good for turtle beach access.

My room smelled musty and the shower didn't work well. the floor stayed wet all the way to the door. I had to use another room to shower. the curtain was too short, and the bedsheets seemed old and had holes. i think the mattress smelled like someone threw up on it. apply, twice.

i liked the direct beach access. the main road near the hotel had easy access to local shops. the welcome drink was a nice touch after my journey.

the wifi disconnected frequently, it was a little frustrating.

charmed by the serene getaway

warm greeting comfortable room peaceful atmosphere clean pool

the staff greeted us warmly and quickly assisted with our luggage the rooms were comfortable and styled with wooden furniture we spent time by the pool where the atmosphere was blissfully peaceful with a gentle sea breeze i found the pool very clean throughout my stay the sea was easily accessible from the pool area.

i noticed the tv in my room wasn't working initially a quick call to the front desk resolved it.

the location is good. it is near turtle beach. the staff arranged breakfast when i had an early tour. they also stored my luggage after checkout so i could stay until evening.

the room had a musty smell. there was mold in the bathroom. the shower head was held up with a string. there was also bare wiring for the night lights.

the staff arranged taxi services, and tuk-tuks were always available. they provided vegetarian options at breakfast, i found that quite thoughtful. the swimming pool faces the beach and i saw it was cleaned every day.
